ITM College has adopted an interactive governance model which reflects the vision and mission of the institution. The organogram of the college reveals the participatory leadership. The governing committee, principal, council, faculty and administrative staff members are involved in planning the various programs of the college and execute as per the vision-mission statement. The main theme of all activities is directly or indirectly related to this automatically.
